Infrastructure Alternatives operates the Leoni Township, Michigan wastewater treatment plant on behalf of the Township, and is seeking an individual to fill an opening for an entry level plant operator (Operations Specialist). Our firm is looking for an individual with a scientific background (at minimum, high school level chemistry or biology), mechanical aptitude, experience that enables them to work independently, and maturity that is demonstrated through a professional attitude toward clients and the public. You must have reliable transportation, and be able to reach the Leoni Township WWTP within 30 minutes. Ability to work weekends and availability for night time call-outs is required. Ideal candidate will be familiar with wastewater treatment plant operations, but company will train.
